Today I managed about 15 minutes of writing in Chapter 3 before work, maybe 1/3 of a page, that’s good, I’m happy. I did get through chapter 4 in Holly’s Create a Plot mini course lesson, which has really, really, really kicked in my creativity, her lessons are great for that.

The Mini courses, it’s 7 lessons over 7 weeks, came free when I bought her Create A Plot Clinic, which is part of a Clinic Writing Bundle, and I finally got the whole bundle. I so can’t wait to get into the rest of the clinic courses because if I get as much inspiration and write as much as I have with just a few chapters of the Plot Clinic and the Plot mini course, this book will be done and on the shelves in no time.

As I’ve been on vacation all week I’ve made quite a bit of headway in learning and utilizing my new writing software program, Liquid Story Binder, it’s pretty impressive, difficult to use so the Help Tutorials help quite a bit.

Using this program, I’ve organized all my chapters and notes, created a Planner and working on creating a file outline. I’ve also finished the first draft of both Chapters 1 & 2 and have started on chapter3 with some pretty good notes for both Chapters 3&4. I LOVE this.

Now, onto lessons, I’ve done a bit of lessons from Holly’s Create a Plot clinic but not as much as I should have, hopefully I’ll get more done today.

Today was not a day for writing, today was a day for running errands, mostly Dr’s appointments. But the night is not over yet and hopefully I’ll find myself here writing a bit more of my story.

Working with Holly’s clinics and workshops, reading her books, her newsletters, her emails, and oh so much more, my mind has been catapulted into a new world of writing, and all at once it seems. So lately, much of my time has been spent doing lessons from Create a Plot Clinic, a bit out of Create a Character Clinic, learning the new writing software I’m bought, which I also found in Holly’s Create A Plot Clinic and now this blog site. Can’t wait to get back to my story.

In this clinic, which I’ve barely begun, I’ve already found a new relationship with my characters, they have finally come alive for me, I can’t wait to learn more about them.
